I have been trying to see whats the maximum amount of time that a person can recall their payment on paypal.

I thought it was 30 days, but, i could be wrong.

Well anyways, i Sold an account and the person used a Echeck thru paypal. I am holding email/info till the 30 days has been cleared.
Anyone know how long they have till they can no longer recall the check? Please list the site or reference where you found the info, thank you.

Its great that you are using an eCheck. An echeck counts just as a wire transfer to your bank, however according to paypal the buyer has up to 30 days to claim his money back. What I would do is what 48 hours and then withdraw the money to your bank account, then I would take your bank account off your paypal account if you're trying to protect a large sum of money. You can always re-add your bank account in a matter of hours, you can't always regain the money.
