Ok...so I sold my account to this guy about 2 weeks ago. He just sent me an e-mail claiming that the account was jacked from him, and he's threatening to file a claim with his credit card company if he doesn't get the info back. Is he actually able to file a claim against me since he lost it?

if he used his credit card to pay for the paypal transaction, then yes, it is possible to recall the funds or initiate a recall with your credit card company. i suggest you move the money from your paypal to bank IMMEDIATELY as it takes several days to process. then just sit and hopefully wait out the claim
