Paypal question and random tacked on...

So, I've made a successful sale so far and with AoC coming out my buddies are jumping ship like me so I'm going to take it a lot slower since their accounts are worth quite a bit more, but I digress, anyway...

First question, with Paypal I see a lot of people get the unauthorized charge tacked on after they give up their info. If you put in a request for the money and they pay it, it is clearly authorized so are you safe that way?

Also, another guy in his anti-scam guide mentioned getting the money then waiting 3-4 to get it into his bank account, and it would then be "secure" does he mean that literally? I was under the impression that if someone recalled a payment and you had zero balance in paypal it would take it from the bank anyway.

Now, why was he banned? If you can't trust him, it's cliche, but who can you trust?

Because some people will create anti-scammer guides to make themselves more legitimate, then go scamming. It doesn't mean the guide is always useless though, after all who better knows how to stop scammers then a scammer?
