It seems a recent update to Paypal is causing issues with our payment system. This includes:
Basically the issue is the same, after payment is made Paypal is not returning the "successful payment" notification to us to confirm payment was made, so our system just thinks payment was never made.
I'm not sure if we need to update all our addons to get this working again of if this is a temporary glitch from Paypals end, but for the time being all payment systems are not be working correctly.
The account upgrade to Epic Member and Verification are the only 2 systems that completely don't work. For the Epic Member upgrades, I will not be issuing refunds, once payments start working again you will only have to verify a phone number to complete the upgrade. Verification payments will be refunded and you'll have to submit the form once it starts working again.
I've updated the Member Benefits page so people are aware and I will update this once I know more about the situation.
- Verification - Loops back to Paypal payment page even though member already made payment
- Epic Member upgrade - After the $3 payment, it does not bring you to the phone verification step
- Epic cash store - payment deposits are not being recorded, however if you contact me I will manually update it for you.
- Pro Seller upgrade - upgrades are not triggering, however if you contact me I will manually set it up for you.
- Sticky ads - not effected since ads are sticked manually
- WoW Gold Store - orders are not being recorded so both buyers and sellers are not receiving notifications.
