Over the last few days we've been having issues with Paypal where payments are not being recorded properly on the site. Only about 10% of payments are affected which makes it difficult to test.
If you made a payment and did not receive the item within 5 minutes, please contact support or post here.

Paypal is also having it's own issues today. Over the last hour or so we've seen delays in payments up to 60 minutes. For these, we just have to wait until Paypal processes it. The payments will show as "Completed" from the customer's end. The delay is in the message Paypal sends to Epicnpc to tell us it's complete.
I called Paypal about this and they didn't really have much info except that someone else reported the same problem today, so it could just be a temporary issue on Paypal's side.

Update: There have been no bugged payments in the last 48 hrs. It appears it was something on Paypal's side since we were never able to identify the problem.
