Paypal payment in limbo?

Hey I have a question maybe some of you can answer from experience.

I made a payment 12 hours ago (family friends) to a reputable seller on this site (that I know wont scam me since I have used his services in the past)
My creditcard has been charged. It shows up in my classic history page https://history.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history I have called paypal twice and they confirmed twice that the money is on the account of the seller but he says he has not received anything.

Does anyone know how to handle this? I cant refund it since its sent as family and friends but I have proof that it has been sent but appearently not received.

Check the email to see if maybe you made a typo and sent it to the wrong email address.

If it's correct, then I've never heard of something like this happening, especially if Paypal has confirmed it was successfully sent. Who is the member you sent to?

Comicartbay and Ive doublechecked the email and also sent a 1 dollar payment 12 hours later that got received.

So I have no clue what to do :/

I would recommend opening a dispute thread in our forum. Post proof of payment and comicartbay will be contacted and asked to do the same and we'll try to get to the bottom of this.

Done. Im pretty sure the error is on paypal somehow but they confirmed that the money is IN the account of comicartbay via phone. I dont know if the ammount was added to the account but he got no message.

It was 100% paypal´s fault. The payment showed up in classic view and he managed to refund me it and I sent a second payment which worked fine.

I want to thank both epicnpc for the help and comicartbay for their efforts!

glad to hear it. Paypal's new layout is still very buggy, I had some issues with it more than a few times.
