Hey I have a question maybe some of you can answer from experience.
I made a payment 12 hours ago (family friends) to a reputable seller on this site (that I know wont scam me since I have used his services in the past)
My creditcard has been charged. It shows up in my classic history page https://history.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history I have called paypal twice and they confirmed twice that the money is on the account of the seller but he says he has not received anything.
Does anyone know how to handle this? I cant refund it since its sent as family and friends but I have proof that it has been sent but appearently not received.
