For the last few hours Paypal has been conducting an update on their system that is causing major delays in payments.
If you made a credit payment, purchased an upgrade or sticky thread today and did not receive anything , this is most likely the reason why. Unfortunately we can't manually process any of the payments during this time because the payments are not showing up on our Paypal account either.
I'm sure Paypal will have this issue fixed in the next few hours. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Update: This issue has been fully resolved.
