Paypal Limited - Required invoice on accounts being sold?

Paypal Sent Me:

Please refer to:
- Transaction 2xxxxxx8xxx4xxxxD from October xx, 2015 for the amount of $xx.xx USD 

In order to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and avoid the limitation or closure of your account, you will need to: 
- Upload or fax a copy of any invoice or purchasing activity for the game accounts being sold. This should include your supplier's contact information and show the date of purchase.

I use paypal to buy keys from users, those keys use to buy games from users, and those games are gifted to new account which I sell in transaction 2xxxxxx8xxx4xxxxD
Paypal asking me for any invoice/purchasing activity on those new accounts which I never buy anything. The only thing it have on the new account is the game with rank/level

So what should i send/tell them?

Are they gifting you payments to that paypal? you are circumventing paypals fees and cheating them, this will lead to account locks

you have to give them the information they request and hopefully theyll unlock your money

Just call them and tell them you sell virtual goods and there are no tracking or invoices for your business. Happens sometimes, easy fix.

Do what this guy said. If they shut your account down completely, then it might be time to go stealth.
