ok, well you should look this up youreself and read all of it, they are stickied, what you want to do..I think..is
1. Get his Name, address, phone number and other contact info, talk to him over the phone to make sure its him that you are talking to.
2. Look up the zip code he gave you, and make sure it is where his phone number comes from.
3. If you trust this guy so far, I think how it works is, you can give him youre ID and Password, let him log in to character, see that everything is there, then have him send the money through paypal and have him put in the notes of payment, that he is 100% satisfied.****If you dont want him to go into youre account before he pays, maybe have a meet up in game to show the stuff like that, also, dont give the secret question until after you have cleared the payment and made sure he has complied with youre terms.
3. from what ive read, most scammers will stop trying halfway through, and they will be hesitant to give phone numbers or be cooperative in safe trading.
**Also make sure his account is Paypal verfied, if hes not verified and gives some excuses, I wouldnt do it, someone told me non verified people can reverse a payment in like 5 seconds after paying it.
