Paypal error

So this person and me agreed a price he is buying my account for.

will be through paypal, he got my email and tries to pay me but receives this error.

"We are not able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."


-we tried different browser
-Mobile app paypal
- accounts are verified.
- and he has money

any help ?

either theres an issue with paypal service, issue with one of your accounts that need to be resolved or issue with transaction that paypal is blocking it.

The best way to resolve this kind of issue is calling paypal. They will adjust their system to allow your transaction. And if they can't, they will explain you how to solve the issue.
