Paypal Chargeback Question

Hello everyone,

I am selling a digital product on paypal (gold from a game), which also have a link on epicnpc.

My question about; i have a buyer which is willing to buy always, maybe once in a week or more we did 2 times already. Each transaction is around $40.

So, we are doing the trade using products & goods services. After i sent the gold, he sent the money using the service and he also selected the option ''i have recieved the item'' and i also wanted him to write down ''i have recieved the item'' as a payment note.

My question is; For example, we did 20 transactions in 2 months between us and each worth 40$. Means, i sent him golds 20 times, he sent me money 20 times.

So, after 2 months, can he make a chargeback for all past 20 transactions? If can do, what will paypal do about it? Will consider its an obvious scam and be on my side or just return all 20 transactions to the buyer.

I am just worried he can play a good person for 2 months and after hes done with buying, can try to get his all money payed.

Thanks for reading and your time and helps.

'i have recieved the item'' and i also wanted him to write down ''i have recieved the item'' as a payment note.

This is good. I would say you are 95% safe from chargeback.

Yes he can chargeback payments even if it's after a few months. And if he does it through his financial institution then you are guaranteed to lose the money and there's nothing you can do about it, even if he wrote whatever you told him to write in the payment note.

You only have a chance to win chargebacks if he filed through PayPal.

He cannot chargeback as " non delivered" or " not as described " because he stated he received everything , but he can still chargeback as " Unauthorized",Hpaypal will investigate and see if someone other than him use his account

He can also chargeback through his credit card issuer ( bank),this kind of chargeback is a guaranted lose for the seller, even if you are selling physical with tracking number !
all he have to do is call his bank and get his money back

If you want to have the maximum protection against chargeback : Tell to the buyer to send money as friend and family using HIS PAYPAL BALANCE ! ,in this way you should be protected against a lot of chargeback ,but not totally (buyer can still use a VPN, make the purchase, and tell to paypal someone other than him use his account...)

The best way to tell if buyer paid from balance on his payment? if he used credit card theres a fee. So a screenshot of his payment page will show this.

So can we say this, its a payment from paypal account for %100?

Yes its from Paypal balance,he can't open a dispute from his bank, you should be fine
But you shouldn't worry about, the majority of buyers here are honest guys and won't chargeback you
