What is the dispute about?
----- Seller received the agreed upon Fee but did not send the details of the Account because his Account got frozen after another EpicNPC Member charged (Same guy as in this Dispute Thread) back his money.
----- Afterwards Seller asked me to charge the money back and send it to a friends email - which you can't via paypal system, you gotta call your bank/cc provider and do it there.
----- Seller stated he is gonna call paypal support and asked for 30 minutes - this was the last communication I received from the Seller.
----- It has been one day without any information by now and I found out through the Sellers thread that another Buyer (@Riphavo) did not receive his Account either.
Other details / notes:
----- Going about this transaction without using the EpicNPC Tradeguardian system was stupid.
----- If this Issue is not resolved (I get the Money refunded or the Account details promised) I will have to charge back the money via the bank route and also risk my Paypal Account in that process.
