Payment problem.

hello guys can someone help me? i start an order with MM from the site. in the TG CHAT ill pay the import (account cost + fee) from the top green button but after the payment some problem came and i cancel the order. Now the payment is alredy processed (i call the bank for cofirmation). Now i want to know what happen to my payment?
