If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID?
What is the dispute about? The account I was sent to him is the correct one even better after I spend the diamond, we need to spend all diamond (of course it's the buyer want like in screenshot) before transfering the account or lose all diamond due to different OS and he didn't say anything about the account after I sent him in our chat and just blocked me
And yet he created a dispute in PayPal and claim the account I was sent to him is the wrong one
Other details / notes: in his dispute claim he said epicnpc fishy website
