Payment alert during tradeguardian

Hi, there is someone doing a payment through tradeguardian, but once they paid for the MM I got an alert that they triggered something when paying for the MM. Despite this we got the MM, but the alert said we have to wait for epicNPC to reply to us. Is it possible to proceed? Because everything seems fine. If not how long does it take to resolve this?

Thanks for the help. The MM has been going offline and online several times, is there a problem with the tradeguardian at the moment?

There's nothing wrong. The MM might be processing another transaction or working on securing the account from the seller since the information has already been sent. Once he's ready to continue, he'll post an update.
