I bought this account a couple of months ago and I was just informed from my friends that this account is really rare.
It has 175 Skins, two of which are Pax Twisted Fate and Sivir
The blue essence count on the photos is not the same. Theses photos were from when I bought it and I'm too lazy to screenshot again ;P

If you're asking for 1781$ you will NEVER find a buyer. As someone who has purchased 2 accts with equally rare if not rarer (bowser rammus beta skin). You're indeed correct when you said your account is rare but only top 10 challenger accounts sell for over 1k each.

For price guiding, you pretty much accept that u will only get 5% of the money invested into the skins on the acct. so asking 4$ per regular skin is unrealistic and honestly stupid, esspecially when most people dont play all those champions.

You cant see a championship riven season 2 code go for 300$ and think it has teh same value on an acct. It has that value because someone wants to use it on THERE OWN acct. If you're lucky you can sell this acct for 500$ cuz PAX Twisted Fate but without that itd barely make 200$ due to sivir/riven having new skins of the same old limited ones. Victorius Janna is a rare one, but without Victorius Jarvan you won't get the attention of any avid collector so its worth is severly diminished.

ALSO A BIG THING. You are not the original account owner. Meaning your name is not on the account. Any buyer with common sense knows these come with extra risk due to the unknown nature of the previous owner so that also brings ur price down.

Id say with all things considered 300-600$ for this account and if im being blunt 400$ tops.

the acct i use right now has all the things u mentioned (300+ skins) except pax twisted fate and i payed 250$.

Anyways you mentioned talking about if price is wrong so i thought i'd enlighten you on the world of second hand selling accts.
