Conditional Lifetime Warranty:
Upon purchase of an account, you will receive a guide on how to secure your account. If you follow all of the steps in the guide, you will receive an e-mail back from us confirming your Lifetime Warranty on your account.
Please note that our lifetime warranty is void if the account is ever traded or sold and if you attempt to in change the name on the account via one of the many name change services available on the market. Also, we do not cover negligence; if you get the account banned, we are not responsible for your actions and the warranty would be void.
Pay-As-You-Play Payment Plan
NOTE: The Pay-As-You-Play payment plan is only available for accounts whose final purchase price is greater than $1500.
Our Pay-As-You-Play payment plan is very straightforward. We require 25% of the total purchase amount upfront and the payment plan runs for 3 months. For each month, you are required to pay at least 25% of the total due.
For example, if you purchase an account for $1500 on July 1st, $375 is due upfront and another $375 minimum is due on August 1st, September 1st, and October 1st.
You will receive the log-in and password to the account when the deposit is made. All of the other account information will be received when the account has been paid for in full.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Failure to complete the payments by the scheduled due date will result in you going into “default” and the account will be repossessed and you will lose any funds that you have paid towards the account. While this may seem like a lot of money to lose for missing a payment, this rule is here to ensure that people are timely with their payments and understand that accounts lose their value over time and that for each day that it off the market and not being played, the available selling price decreases.
