Paid via TG but status is still Unpaid after a day

Hi

I have paid using your TG Bitcoin escrow, yesterday I have deposited the bitcoin via bitpay, it said wait 20 minutes it could take longer to confirm.
However still today the status says unpaid, when I check my bitpay its on 6+ Confirmations.

I also have purchased username glow, where do I customize the glow? I dont see it anywhere . Please help

In regards to customizing Glow, I press configure and it says Username:
I enter Quick Garde and press Save yet it doesnt activate it.
The same applied to my BOLD Username.
Please fix
