Paid for Xbox account. Seller has not responded

I recently just paid user Mama? 60 Euros for an Xbox account for GTA. Attached are the screenshots.

It has been about couple minutes now about 40mins or so and I have not hear from the seller. Could be because of the time difference but I'm not sure.
