Paid for sticky thread twice - got nothing in return

LATER EDIT: My thread got sticky, but with delay. The only question left at this point is how to get the money back for my initial transaction, the one with the credit card, which is still pending to this day, but I don't know if it's my bank's fault or it's Epicnpc's payment processor, who haven't processed it. On my side it's shown as pending, but would like to get the money back at some point, as I've already paid for my sticky thread with Bitcoin in the meantime.

First it was with a credit card on 17/08/2024. The transaction still shows as pending in my app, so I suppose the payment will never go through, although the money was taken from my balance. It would be wesome if you could decline the transaction, since I already made the second payment, using another option, so at least I get my money back. - This question remains

Why is my thread not sticky and how do we solve this and were do I even check my payment history here on Epicnpc to check the status of each transaction I've done ?

An invoice is emailed to you each time you make a purchase. We do not have a purchase history for sticky threads. Sorry.

I'm not sure I understand the situation. You have been renewing the same sticky thread for a long time. For 2024 you have renewed on the 17th or 18th each month except for the last payment which was Aug 20th. I do not see any double payments.

It's better to open a private support ticket since we'll need to discuss payment info.
