Paid Character Xfer QUESTION

So far there are two methods that I know of:
1. Forging documents to show that your last name has changed due to marriage / legal name change / etc. I haven't talked to anyone who has done this, but I would imagine that it is difficult and quite illegal.
2. Merge the two accounts you want to transfer characters between under a single B.Net account. This takes a while because you cannot transfer a character off of an account until 30-days after it was merged to B.Net. Some say this works, some say it doesn't.
