Paid 10$ but still haven't been upgraded

Hello, i purchased 10$ verification upgrade for my account yesterday, it has passed 24 hours already but i still haven't got the upgrade. I want to know why...as i can't start trading + my money is gone. Very appreciate any help. I can provide proofs that i bought it if needed. Thank you in advance.
