SERVICE CONDITIONS
• Account-based services are completed manually.
• Automated bots are not used.
• Assigned players are not permitted to use cheats or unauthorized gameplay software.
• No exact win rate is guaranteed.
• Rank progress may move in both directions during an order.
• Existing restrictions and penalties must be disclosed before payment.
• Customers must remain logged out during active account-based services.

COMPENSATION
If the assigned player cannot complete the accepted service, the customer may choose a replacement player, adjusted target or refund for the unfinished portion.
If a confirmed penalty is directly caused by the assigned player during an active account-based order, the boosting payment will be refunded.
Pre-existing penalties and unrelated customer activity are not covered.
