i bought a game account from a guy from asia.

i have his real address and name and msn chat logs

i transfered USD$2000 through western union and he picked it up but didnt deliver.

will i be able to sue him from canada?

Secondly, your TWV says you are in Singapore, when/where did you make this purchase?

It would be better for him to contact his local RCMP outpost and allow them to deal with it. Canada takes a dim view of such things. But the mainstay is...never go through Western Union..

Well, if your friend is from Canada, he'll know what they are. If he's not from Canada, then be just like you.

I'd just like to add that you should never go through Western Union with an un-TWV, nonreputable user. However, for users who are reputable and TWV, then it's up to your discretion. I feel that some users have earned the right to accept WU after having spent months acquiring the rep to do so. WU is an absolute way for a seller to feel safe when selling his/her account.

Jamalzz you may just want to give up now, there's not much you can do about it at this point. If he is an MD user, then send me his MD name and we can go from there, but it seems like this was an off-site transaction.
