First - The Yahoo Emails stating hours after our deal, the Yahoo Account was recalled using HIS G-mail. You'll see in the conversation I mentioned him "Sending money to another Paypal account with the same name" -- It's THIS G-Mail account that was used.

I created a Paypal dispute. The money was sent to him via Gift so I'm fairly confident I'll get my money back, but he still needs to be brought to justice.[/B][/B][/B][/B][/B]

I tried recalling the funds as an unauthorized charge because I sent it as a gift but that didn't work. Guess I'm out the 50$ and the account.
