So a order was placed for pets, after obtaining the pets requested the buyer changed their mind and wanted other pets instead. Also they requested certain other rare items from the game, which OFFs got some of.

Based so far on the conversation Todd7456 had a issue with PayPal and the bank. OFFs continued to check in on the status of the PayPal and Bank thing which when they did Todd7456 Blocked them.

No transaction was made besides the money spent by OFFs to obtain some of the items from other sellers. Some of the items that Todd7456 requested after he blocked OFFs have been sold and OFFs has taken a lost of $40

In this matter at hand the lost of profit on the Sellers part is a lesson learned in business transactions.

The feedback however is still waiting on proof from @Todd7456 to have any closure to this dispute, He has been tagged with this forum.

Yes then I ordered more pets but paypal wouldn’t let me pay so I told him to wait but he kept constantly bugging me to pay for them but I couldn’t at that time paypal wouldn’t let me and he kept bugging me, then he threatened me, I showed proof in the thread I can show u here too

then I had enough so I blocked him bc he threatened me

Not here to point fingers at all, Here to get the facts and the facts only to make a decision on this matter based on facts and proof alone.

So leaving a feedback stating he is a Bad Seller is false then? He completed the order you asked for the 1st time. You have confirmed this was completed.

Then you placed another order with him, that you state you had issues with PayPal and couldn't pay him for something you ordered? Anyone in any transaction will continue to check in on status of payment based on items ordered.

This is not a scam this is not a bad seller, this is a simple fact of a person getting mad that couldn't pay for something that you ordered.

I see no proof he is a bad seller at all seeing the only transaction you did with him in your words was indeed completed.

Thank you for your time and proof in this matter, This will be addressed with the Super Admin and actions will be taken upon this.

@EpicNPC CM Feedback on OFFs needs to be removed, based on the proof the transaction was completed on the 1st order.

The 2nd ordered placed was ordered and not paid for buy the buyer, the feedback for Todd7456 should remain as he ordered items and never made good on his order.
