There is a minimum bid of several thousand dollars that I'm looking for, because it's the price at which I have to take a very significant loss but can accept it as the price which I have to pay for more free time. I'd be happy to do this in person at a number of safe public venues a Police Station, Safe Trade centers, Bank, City Hall, or other safe and reputable public location such as a recognized Notary Public in order to guarantee the utmost confidence from both parties. The ideal buyer would show a similar interest in the mutual safety and integrity of the purchase process.
I would greatly prefer the situation described above over all others, for the reason that risk can be minimized and the aforementioned safety measures such as official parties can be guaranteed. If we're not from the same country or are not able to meet in person, then I'll require verified and reputable online payment methods such as PayPal, Venmo, Bitcoin etc. because I'm not accepting any checks in the mail or giving out my personal address, etc.
