This person is a fraudulent seller who keeps claiming the same account back to Wargaming after sales, thus extorting money from people.
This person is not trustworthy and should be charged as a pure fraud.
Hopefully this is mainly a warning to potential buyers who fall victim to such deceptive practices.
I was a victim and paid dearly for my lesson.
