Hey, I bought a R1 Paladin about a year ago and now the owner is trying to take back the account. First I had to call in and speak with Blizzard, where I told them the account was hacked because I was unable to recover it. They returned it to me. He continued to try and take the account back, so it was locked while in my possession (ugh). Now my e-mail is being spammed with continuous account recovery e-mails along with an e-mail that states "We have reviewed our logs of your account, and we were able to determine that your account does not appear to be compromised. "
I realize at this point I am going to have to send in a form saying the account belongs to me (i hate lying) but the only information I have is the first/last name, SQ/A, and photo ID, not the address or anything (it's on the ID, but think I should just put my home address?). Should I just make the information I don't have up? And once I get the account back, is there any way to make sure he stops trying to steal it? (To change the SQ/A or put it under a new name)

Well, I am on the account but once I go to the account's name I get the message
"Account Banned
You are unable to access this page because this license is banned, locked, or suspended."
This is so annoying.. I wish once you bought things people would continue to actually be legit.
