offsite scammer (most likely epicnpc member too)

[rock superstar]

Some guy purchased multiple accounts from me worth 80$ and did a chargeback now after he got all the login details + changed everything. I know that he must be on epicnpc (most likely a member) because selly.gg shows me where he got redirected from. He was visiting my sales thread: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1185361-old-empty-steam-accounts-(5-) before he got redirected to selly.gg and purchased there.

[HIDE=100000]His IP's are: 31.204.152.194 / 31.204.150.149 / 31.204.150.152[/HIDE], can you tell me if that matches to any epicnpc user? If yes, is there any chance to ban him if I report him properly? Thats [HIDE=100000]the paypal email he used: [email protected]

Thanks a lot!

In this case if it does match any user and you have evidence of the scam then yes they would be able to ban him.
