Was Trade Guardian used? We go direct with Official Moderator because my Buyer was from Asia and have problems to open one TG Ticket (That's what the Moderator say)

Other details / notes: Angel "Official Moderator" of this website ask to my Asia buyer about go off site and then proceed to do all on Discord (I have videos and proof of all)

I am sorry mate but this on discord is not me, can you post an image from the website where i am telling you to use a discord MM?
You have a warning above where is clearly stated that EpicNPC MM does not conduct transactions off-site all you need is to read. Your buyer has toyed with you, he is a scammer and convinced you that he can't use a TG because is from Asia while we have a bunch of Asian members who use it without issues.

My advice is to spend some time educating your self how a website works, there are guides everywhere, just have to read them. A scammer comes to you, edited a mod message and you fell on it without even a wish to check it. I would understand that you joined this website yesterday but you are here for 2 years so it's absolutely incredible to never notice warnings about TG. On another side, you had time to open a dispute and accuse someone who has nothing with this

This is a common scam where the scammer sends a screenshots of a message that a trusted moderator apparently sent. I can see right away that the screenshot you received is fake, since that's not how names and titles show in messages.
Another variation of this is when you receive a screenshot of a middleman/moderator's profile page where it shows a discord handle in their profile info which belongs to a scammer. Or any other site page where text has been edited.
This is just one of the reasons why you shouldn't take trades to discord or anywhere offsite. Always use site PMs instead.

The "buyer" has been banned. Moving this to banned scammers.

TG #67687 is the only middleman transaction on your account. That transaction was with a different middleman and was cancelled before it was started.

There are no other transactions opened started or cancelled on your account.

We have a warning at the top of every single page of our website that makes it clear our service are on-site ONLY.

All Trade Guardian services are on Epicnpc, NEVER off-site, via email or on Discord

The screenshot chat you posted is comically edited. It's not even close to what our website looks like.

1. badges aren't spaced our evenly. The yellow checkmark has a large space on the left side.
2. Only admins have purple username. Not middleman or anyone else.
3. There is no "Official Middleman" title next to any of our Middleman. That does not exist.
4. Look at the toolbar at the bottom of the image. The 'B' is on top of the 'm' for some reason. There is no 'm' button in our tool bar and they are never stacked like that.

Most popular scammer technique

1. Get the person offsite asap. Discord is the most popular due to how easy it is to impersonate others.
2. Tell the user they were scammed so they don't trust the website.
3. Scam them on Discord with a fake MM.

This is exactly what happened to you. If you don't trust our site, then please stay on Discord, but do not report anything to us when you keep getting scammed.
