As the topic says:
I will make a froob account with a toon of your choice.( Preferably level 150 and below)
Final level of the toon and implant setup of your choice.
Prices will vary depending on the level.
Do remember you will have to buy the nanos you want,as I will not be doing nanos.
IP setup will be ideal for levelling so you might want to use total IPR when you get the account.

This is just an idea I am trying out so am willing to negotiate

Have 3 people interested atm so will not be taking any other orders till I am done with them. Thank you for your interest. Will post once I am done levelling the froobs and tweaking my methods of levelling a bit

 

It clearly states he will make the account, and leveling it to designated point before handing it out, so TWV isn't required as he owns the account prior to selling it, also bump for this because leveling a free account to 150 requires considerable time, and can't really be understood before you're actually out there doing it. You could go for TWV to attract more clients as TWV itself means very little, but the fact that you paid the fee and took the time to do it, better states that you're willing to put out some effort, and weeds out the dime a dozen people registering here to rip off people again and again.

I will not be power levelling others' toons though I guess i could go for TWV status, what I was planning to do was create fresh froob account and level a charecter/prof of the buyer's choice and then sell the account info. Guess I could get verified status ASAP but wanted to see if people are interested in the service first.

 

Admin/mods will most likely bother you with the fact that you'll need TWV to provide in-game services, whether it be powerleveling, etc..

Although, I could be wrong. Good luck.
