I am looking at selling my Oceania League of Legends account as I will not be playing anymore. The account is currently at Gold Tier 5 with gold border from the previous season. It has 12 runes pages with very good runes, as well as 22k in IP so you can buy more rune pages/name change/up coming champs, what have you need.
The account currently has all the champions (up until Kindred). It also has a whooping 187 skins of almost every single champion having at least one (a few rare icons as well).
