I have bought and melted a bunch of ships over the years so there is much available via the buy-back option. Many LTI options on other ships. I believe you can buy-back once with store credits so if you don't like the Sabre or Aquila you could get a LTI Carrick.
The account has 22,000 UEC, 49,000 REC, 10 months credit for Centurian Subscription.
Plenty of Hangar decorations. I can provide a list if needed.
An early account it has every perk except the Golden Ticket. Missed that by a month.
