Not sure if im being scammed PLEASE HELP!

Ok so I am trading wow accounts with this guy. He wants to change the emails on both accounts first. Change my accounts email to his and his to mine. That way we both get confirmation emails saying it was been switched. Then he wants to trade the username and password. Does this sound scammy?

Its going to be a case of one of you going first. When you change the email it will send a link to the current registered email address prompting you to accept and change the it to the new email.
It is entirely possible he will wait for you to accept the email change on your side, then he will simply deny it on his side and recall the account. This is why getting a middleman is very beneficial. To be honest though, he doesn't sound like he's scamming as he is requesting you both do it, but as I said one of you will have to make the first move and confirm the email change.
If you are the OO of the account, it might be worth you going first as you can always contact blizzard and recall if he backs out of confirming your email and tries a scam.

Dantheman916, watch out because this is what happened to me today in a trade that was honestly too good to be true.

We were on AIM and exchanged information and I changed my e-mail to his and once it was confirmed he changed the password on my account because we had already shared account names and secret Q/A's. His were obviously false and now he has both of the accounts. I admit I was stupid and did not go see his character in game and we just exchanged armories and I did not check to see if he posted on my Trade thread either which he did not.

Hopefully I can at least report the account and possibly get it back with my CD Key but who knows.
