So im selling dota 2 accounts, ive been selling lots of account before, without any problem. Today this guy contact me on messenger telling that he is interested to buy the account, so i provide him all the possible information. Fyi this is more like middleman service, i find people who want to sell their account, and put up their account for sale here since the rate outside my country is higher.
So after 8 hours of chats which i patiently respond and cooperate with this buyer, he finally decide to buy the account, but i said him the rule is he need to pay me first, and by tomorrow after the money from paypal arrive my bank account, i will use the money to pay the owner, and give this buyer his account since i dont have enough money now in my bank account because i just bought something recently. He didnt agree with that, so i said it's okay we dont have to proceed. Later on, the owner of this account said that the buyer also can pay to his paypal, and i will take full responsibility in case anything happen. But before he paid, he started to curse me, and use bad words which made me triggered since i just waste half of my day trying to convince him.
So the case here is, he didnt agree to proceed with the deal because the owner of this account move some of the items to his other account without me knowing, which im sure only worth around $5 something. (fyi i give him discount from $650 to $500) and the owner spent more than $4000 on that account
if he said to me nicely, i wouldve compensate the items that the owner moved, with my items from my main account. But he just went nuts and start to curse me saying bad word and threaten to report me on epicnpc. The account itself worth more than $600, the moved items are just bonus but i understand his frustration and feel that i cheat him. But for me i dont deserve a bad review because of this. He didnt even paid me, or bought anything from me. And this 1 negative feedback will affect my sale in future.

He didnt even let me explain or discuss with the account owner and just went right away to report me. I believe i only deserve neutral feedback instead of negative, since no damage of money has been done, if he already paid, it is different case, i will do my best to sort the problem or refund to him partially, but he just start assuming and went straight to report me here
