Hello, So iv purchased credits again and paypal decided to hold payment atleast that is what iv been told.
And in a return as a epicnpc customer you decided to punish me for it? i did not dispute or do anything with payment as iv shown ( http://prntscr.com/b7gbx3 )
It is not fair that you take everythin iv purchased before and all my badges for somethin i did not do, Not to mention im your customer you should explain what is going on not just message me with paypal hold balance we taken everythin you got untill you resolve it.

As stated, safety for our members is the top priority. We do not know why Paypal has decided to hold this payment, but they have. Your upgrades have been removed because of this.

There are many reasons why Paypal might have done this, some innocent, some not. Until the payment is released, we will assume the worst.

PP stated it will be reviewed within 24 hrs, so this should be resolved soon.
