What is the dispute about? I was attempting log in on the account today around 5:33PM with the information the seller gave to me awhile back when I had initially brought the account from them. It said incorrect password, I tried logging on the netmarble website with the same information that was given and it said due to getting the password wrong many times, the account has been locked out, send an email to the account you register with to reset the password. I don't have the acquiring information to access the email they link it with. I had sent them a message but I gotten no reply so I am filing this report. I don't expect a refund if I am not able to get it, I would like to get the account back with full access but if not, I don't want this person doing this to others. if there is anything else that needs to be answer, I'll happy comply.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Not entirely sure. I can assume due to the password being changed for the netmarble account. I don't have access to the original email account to reset the password or open a ticket so I can assume off this knowledge, they are.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Email information for logging into the account on Mobile and PC
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? One month and 12 days.
