(January 30th 6:30 PM): I received my badges 4 hours later.

(February 6th): Then, one week later, i received an email from Steam which said: " CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'VE RECEIVED 27 COMMUNITY AWARDS! " , and that i will receive my 10,000 points 14 days after receiving my awards, which is 7 days more from this point.

(February 13th around 6PM): One week after that, i received my 10,000 as Raven Services said (14 days of waiting in total).
