Purchased 2 $99 top ups, seller bought 1 of everything instead removing the first time bonuses.
Asked seller to do what's right and eat the cost and purchase what I paid for. Seller would not do that. Even offered to pay for a second top up at his cost and got ignored. Have discord logs for proof.
**Currently pending resolution, seller said he would sell to me at cost tomorrow once his card is unblocked, will update once done**
Update, seller let me purchase another pack at his cost, decent resolution, still had to pay more, but got a discount.

I had a small technical issue with the top up service but the seller was able to hop on a discord call with me and sort everything out, despite him having orders coming in that he needs to fulfil. Very patient, humble and friendly person, would recommend everyone to buy from him even if you see a price similar elsewhere because I've never experienced such quality service from a game top up.
