Hello there I have 2 alliance accounts. They both are 100% full pre raid BiS gear, and some epic parts even better than t1&t2 pieces, overcap-bis, no missing slot that's not bis.
Pala has 3xt1 gear and gold and mats for charger mount you just need to finish the quest, full bis healing gear, Mining 300/300 and Blacksmithing 266/300.
Warrior has 2xt1 gear, has quel serrar quest you just need to do Onyxia, and has rare/epic bis Full Tank gear + Full Fire resistance gear + Full Fury dps bis gear.
Both are attuned. Both are in raiding guild.
