No sale - Giving false payment and feedback

The user wanted to buy from me. I gave my paypal and he said the payment was successful and show me a receipt. Nothing reflected thru my account and told him i will give the items once I the payment. Then he gave me a feedback.

Its been 2 days now and the payment he so called "did" is not reflecting thru my account. Knowing paypal, it should've been instantly reflected in my account the moment he sent it.
