All he does is re-direct his store as 3rd party service like other re-sellers for the feedback, they're not even his to begin with. I'm okay with removing the recent feedback if I can edit the previous one? @EpicNPC CM

Not sure how to say this but after checking the dragalia lost account associated with the email, it's coming up as a brand new account as shown below -- i can show further video proof if necessary with the same email that was provided at the time & logins etc...

(takes me to tutorial summoning page as a brand new account when I tried to login again -- shows it was a botted account)

Login pw has been changed but this is the email associated with the account. Let me know when you want video proof for this (the login with this email to show it got wiped) @EpicNPC CM

I asked and you told me to check it myself. You could have just said sorry I will get back to you but you basically told me to check myself 🙉

I assumed maybe you were asleep for the Korean part due to timezones difference. I had to ask cuz your responses were pretty rude to a customer so maybe you weren't currently in working hours.

What about the dragalia lost account? Any idea why it's not working/account is wiped? I can show proof later tonight (video proof with the account listed)

So he change his word to leave the negative feedback that He bought another game account a year ago and the dragalia lost account he bought a year is not working

If there was a problem in the account, he had to contact me when he received it.

After we verified the nintendo email and link, the account is no longer valid as shown in the screenshot. I am willing to do video with mods to prove that the nintendo email you gave me was a bot account and was removed.

@EpicNPC CM Please allow me to indicate on the feedback that he sold me a bot account that got removed (after video proof)

@littlekitty 1st time you've been called rude or a scammer? Is that why you have 4-5 negative and "resolved" feedbacks EACH?

we can't access or touch the data cuz it is linked to his nintendo. if there is no data in his nintendo account, he deleted or moved the data for getting refund now

this is scam

and he is trying to leave this negative feedback as long as he can by keep changing reason for feedback

he is abusing your feedback system because there are no risks for giving a negative feedback

It was linked and when trying to login, that same Nintendo account you linked is no longer working. You think customers will buy an account and then delete it or refund?

Maybe you sold a hacked or bot account and Nintendo deleted it.

You bought the account on the link shared with other big sellers. and Only you are saying the account on the link is hacked (Also, you suddenly remembered the account you bought a year ago is not working Lamo. the korean word "바보" is suitable for you ^,^)

If the account doesn't have data, obviously you moved the data by changing email id or deleted it. Well maybe your account hacked by your mistake. cuz you are maybe 바.보

And you are also a scammer, cuz you are lying. not because of leaving a negative feedback.

Bought the account and in my previous comment, I told mod I will stream video on discord with the same email you provided to show that same nintendo email (that you linked) is no longer working. I'm a scammer because I called you out on this?

There's always risk of getting banned or account removed from 3rd party sellers, honestly can't do anything about that but should still be able to leave feedback that account is no longer working. FYI, I still played it but not recently -- why does that matter tho? Dragalia Lost/Nintendo never said anything about a wipe, nor has it ever been mentioned. Must be easy setting up a website and selling 3rd party accounts :D

To add onto this, the linked account from screenshot will be shown logging in the site and game etc ...

To be fair, I am okay with removing the current feedback if I can edit the other as stated previously? Run the risk of getting the account banned or removed since it was from 3rd party sure, but customers who PROVED their invoice after even seller cannot find it (바보??). Customer who bought account is willing to even discord stream the details for verification to show it has been "wiped," but now seller says buyer did it himself or not his problem.

People on epicnpc should be able to know via feedback if accounts have been removed or banned from this seller. Isn't that the purpose of feedback? Yes @littlekitty has a lot of feedbacks b/c he sells 3rd party accounts (chinese 3rd party accounts) -- I think it's obvious he doesn't care too much because he already has negative/neutral feedback from previous experiences.

(they sold more accounts from same link than me)" -- Once again, there is always risk of selling accounts -- could check with the draglia mods if you want? -- my point still stands, you are selling 3rd party accounts and then saying that's not true/customer is lying etc ... other customers should know that before buying from you especially right? I would like the changed feedback to show this :)

The account was purchased in May of 2019 correct?
Yes, the initial account was purchased on that date. I am requesting to edit my original feedback as the account is no longer available (can Livestream to show on the account that was used/linked)

Seller is claiming that I deleted or unlinked on my own but I disagree. Why would someone buy something and then delete it ... Buyer should be able to put feedback on the seller who sold the banned account. Thoughts?

Account is not banned, it has been wiped when trying to login using the same email. I will contact support to ask more info.

I am willing to also live stream/show on discord the account used so it can verified it was the original account @EpicNPC CM

When did you first discover the account was wiped?
Tried logging in few weeks ago after playing on it for a while. I am currently awaiting response from nintendo support ; they are looking into it atm.

Since I don't have any updated screenshots, does this mean they cannot recover? I don't know the specifics but recovering the account seems impossible. Maybe I should ask what happened in the first place? Thoughts? @EpicNPC CM

I am currently awaiting response from after providing info to the best of my knowledge and asking about the root cause (what happened to it etc).

@EpicNPC CM this is the response they gave after I inquired about the state of the account. I don't think they plan on telling me what happened based on their response. Any ideas on next steps?
