As he said, he looked back at the account after we had a set price. Then told me he was easing the price and I refused to buy from him. So that should have been the end of it but then he threaten me saying he would leave me bad feedback for backing out but I thought it was logical if I didn’t wanna buy I didn’t have to. No deal was made.

You gave them negative feedback On April 19th. Did a trade occur?

Hi, Is trade occurrence a prerequisite for feedback ? this thing happened quite some time and as far as I recall, the player gave me a negative feedback for no reason when there was no trade.
