Hello, this user gave me a false negative feedback because I chose a different customer instead of him. I did start the TG process but cancelled the process before we even went through the first step (select if MM was needed or not) therefore no transaction went through (I didn't give account details nor received any payment from this user). I tried to explain this to him through dm but the user encouraged me to make the dispute thread.

how do you complain about an item that was sent? That doesn’t make sense.
The feedback was for him starting the process and backing out. Terrible business practice, as the feedback stated.

Are you trying to say that the only way to give any negative feedback about someone is if they STEAL from you? Surely that’s not correct. I would imagine if someone stole, then they would get banned, not just a negative feedback
