What is the dispute about?
As stated above I bought a D2 Steam account, payment was made and everything was kosher for a time until I go to link my xbox to the steam. I find out the guy sold me an account that still had a PSN linked to it. When asked about it he feigned ignorance and never messaged me back.
Fast forward to yesterday I wake up and see I've gotten a push notification saying my mobile number has been removed from steam. I go to log in only to find that Nick_name1404 has recovered the account, changed the pass and associated email. I messaged him asking if he resold the account... no response. I then tell him if he doesn't return the account by today I'd report him for scamming. This time he responds blowing up on me telling me that he does not care, he's sold enough stuff on the site and made people happy. This guy scammed me, plain and simple.
