What is the dispute about?

Reached out via DM on EpicNPC and told him that I added him on Discord via the discord info he left in his post. Bought the account, everything was pretty smooth, then I realized that he described the account as a Global server account but it was actually an Asia server account. As a result I tried to ask him to revert the transaction since the account sold was not as described. He initially agreed and was cooperative but ended up ghosting me and changing the login for the account that was sold. So in the end, I was not refunded and lost access to the account that was sold to me. He also deleted the original post for selling the account before I was even able to give feedback, I still have the link for it and I posted it above.

This is really bad.

As i reported on discord, I've been trying to refund but i'm unable to make transfers for some reason.
About the account being Asia and not Global; I'm really sorry, this was a big mistake in the Post title that i didn't notice for always selling global accounts... Mistakes of this kind will not happen again. I swear
About me changing the login and getting the account back: This did not happen, because the account is linked, and it is impossible to change the login as said. I informed the login and password, after the password is changed it is impossible for me to access, and this was done; the password has been changed and i no longer have access to the account. It's with him.

Final considerations: If i am able to make transfers abroad i will, i had never refunded any accounts and i didn't know there could be debit/credit card errors. I'm trying to fix it but I don't know if it's possible yet, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

and sorry for the unanswered time; there were some unforeseen events and a holiday in the last two days in my country.

Update on me mentioning that he changed the login detail for the account. I tried to login in again with the original provided credentials. It worked this time, maybe I mistyped something last time when I tried to login. So currently I still have access to the account and the login credentials are unchanged since the transaction.

With regards to the refund, I am happy to give back the account to you. I have not done anything on the account besides just doing a few battles. Credentials are the original credentials you posted, you can double check if you wish. I don't understand why you would be having debit/credit card errors with Wise. I sent you the money to your wise account so it should be a part of the account balance, you can just send that exact amount back and it should not even charge you a fee. (correct me if I am wrong though) If you are still having trouble, you don't have to pay me back via Wise. I see in your post you also accepted Paypal so feel free to refund me by sending me money via Paypal if that works better for you.
