New to selling...Any Advice??

I have recently decided that i could make some extra money by selling WoW accounts and goods, but I am not sure how to go about doing it.

I hear rumors that MD is the most scammed WoW website, but also the most used.

I have several fairly expensive characters that I would like to sell, but I need to know some tips as to who to sell, and how to convince them that I am legit.
