New to forums and unsure of protection for buyers

I've just joined the forums and I'm interested in buying a game account but I'm unsure of what protection is offered to buyers? I've seen the Trade Guardian which holds your money until you confirm you've received what you've paid for but I'm not sure what can be done if the seller later recalls the account?

I've seen many threads where people have been scammed and I'd like to know what is usually done in these cases?

Well its your responsibility to get a safe secure account. We ban the user who scams. But we do not provide replacement or refunds as we make 0 on the sale or purchase

From the dispute threads I've seen the moderators have said that 'we will help you recover your account' or 'X will refund you as he is responsible for his computer's security (when hacking is claimed)'. My question is do you have the power in these situations that these statements suggest?

The higher reputation/feedback amount forum member have, the more money/time he have invested in the froum account, the less chance of a recall there is. If you see week old, with no feedback and/or upgrades forum member selling 500$ account on which he is still playing and investing time/money, well chances are you will not enjoy that account for long. Im not saying that all newbies will recall, but you should be careful. You could pay via paypal invoice and put detailed description into paymnet details ie "If account is recalled, then i will dispute the payment etc", but paypal payment can be disputed only for 6 months after the payment itself.

We will provide you the steps and help you need to recover. We cannot actually recover it for you. But in most games/providers we have recovered accounts or know someone who has so we can provide guidance.

And in disputes we can give the user a choice to refund or replace. If the person was scammed we will provide any guidance to recall funds or at least try to.

Hi all,i want to share my guide how I buy accounts (especially league of legends),I check account via Skype screen share or elophant,then ask if he remembers recovery question if he says yes,I say to him go to Riot Support and link to my created email address via riot support,when Riot Support link to my new email I verify it and then send him money.

If you are with 0 feedback just take Trade Guardian or another middleman from EpicNpc.

Usually in my case Riot support respond after 5hours ,1-2 days.

I hope same things work in other games like,Runescape and etc.

If you buy very expensive account never buy account without RQ it's just dumb,and also I suggest you to buy from website where they selling account's since here is 100% no one will recall them,and yes its cost way more money then random seller selling almost same accoun't but believe it's way more safe than buy from randoms.
