NEW TO EPICNPC...Need guidance with purchasing goods

Greetings to all,

So i'm totally new to this forum and I am asking for guidance in what my first step is in purchasing an account from one of the sellers on this forum. Is using a middleman somewhat makes the transaction 100% safe? And how does it work?

Looking to purchase a Diablo 3 ROS account North America. Not sure if this information matters but maybe I can be directed to a particular forum.

Well middleman's make the transaction safe because:
1-You hire middleman.
2-Middleman does a back ground check to make sure seller is legit
3-If the seller acts erratic or shows signs of an issue or fails a basic check the middleman will call off deal.
4- this part is different depending on middleman. Some middleman you pay middleman first and for your purchase, he verifies payment. or he just verifies you paypal with the payment for the service. Some middlemen never touch the money for purchase.
5-seller gives middleman or you the account information. You verify everything works and is good and change all account information you can. Thats an important step. Add a mobile authenticator and sms protect to account seeing as you are buying a battle.net account.
6-Middleman pays seller or tells you its okay to pay seller.

are our verified middlemen here. only use these people honestly. When you get a seller that brings their own middleman beware if they are not from here at all and if they are pm them here and add them from skype yourself. Using the icon in their thread or by copy and pasting the skype information. Do not let anyone add you claiming they are a middleman with out verifying through posts here. Have them post on your thread. Have your seller do the same. If they are unwilling to post. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for the timely response. This will definitely set me off to a good start. Is there anyone in particular I can private message to check on a seller if they are safe/legit.
